Diane is knowledgeable on the property that I wanted to look at, very organized and with contacting people in a timely manner also keeping up with paper work and thorough. For me new to buying property Diane knew this and explained and teaching a lot very helpful! She is awesome with working with a beginner. With her help I found my condo.
